Refund policy

Returns

You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping cost, at no charge to you.

How to start a return

Email us at dermatologicalbeautyllc@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
