Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at dermatologicalbeautyllc@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to change; we cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
