Authenticity

Every product sold at Celadon is genuine and bought through authorized channels: from the brand or its authorized distributors. We do not buy from open marketplaces or unknown resellers.

How we keep it that way

• We keep the purchase invoice for every batch we stock.
• Products are stored in US fulfillment centers and shipped in their original, sealed packaging.
• Batch codes and expiry dates are printed on the packaging as the brand supplies them; we do not relabel products.

How to check your product

• Look for an intact seal and the brand's original printing, including the batch code and expiry date.
• Compare the packaging with the photos on the brand's official website.
• Texture, scent and color should match the brand's description.

If something looks wrong

Email hello@celadonbeauty.com with your order number and a few photos of the packaging. We will check it against our supplier records and, if there is any doubt, refund or replace the product.
