How We Source Our Korean Skincare Wholesale

Celadon is a US company that supplies authentic Korean skincare to resellers, spas, salons and online shops across the United States and Canada. This page explains where our wholesale products come from, what happens after you place an order, and how we protect you from counterfeits and lost shipments.

Where our products come from

  • Sourced in South Korea. Every wholesale product is bought from established, authorized skincare distributors in South Korea, the same channel Korean retailers buy from.
  • Invoiced at every step. We buy against a commercial invoice and keep purchase records for every product we sell. You receive a US invoice with every order.
  • Factory-sealed cases. Products ship in their original, sealed retail packaging, with batch codes and expiry dates as printed by the manufacturer. We never repackage, relabel or split units.
  • Sourced to order. We do not keep old wholesale stock sitting in a US warehouse. Each order is filled from current distributor stock in Korea, which keeps products fresh and keeps our prices close to Korean wholesale.

What happens after you order

  1. You order and pay on celadonbeauty.com. Prices already include import duties, and shipping to your US or Canadian address is free on orders of $150 or more ($39.90 below). Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Resellers can buy tax-exempt with a resale certificate.
  2. 6-hour review window. You can cancel or change the order by email within 6 hours. After that we commit the order to our supplier.
  3. Picked and packed in Korea. Your cases are collected from the distributor, checked against the order and packed for export.
  4. Shipped by air and cleared through US or Canadian customs. We handle the export, the customs entry and the duties (including Canadian GST/HST). There is nothing for you to sign or pay on delivery. More for Canadian buyers.
  5. Delivered within 5 business days after the review window closes, with tracking emailed as soon as the shipment leaves.

How we protect your order

  • Authenticity guarantee. Send us photos of any product you have doubts about. We check it against our supplier records and, if there is any doubt, refund or replace it. See how to check authenticity, including batch codes.
  • Damage and shortage cover. Report damaged, missing or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we replace or refund them.
  • Secure checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify. We never ask for payment by wire, gift card or crypto.
  • Clear terms. Case sizes, prices and policies are published on every product page and in our wholesale terms, before you buy.

Who we are

Celadon is operated by Dermatological Beauty LLC, a US company founded in 2022. Since then we have sold more than 50,000 Korean skincare products to customers in the United States. We focus on dermatologist-style skincare (cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens and masks) from brands such as ROUND LAB, SKIN1004, SOME BY MI, Isntree and VT. We are an independent supplier and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell.
