Wholesale Terms

1. Overview
Celadon sells authentic Korean skincare at wholesale prices to businesses in the United States and Canada, with no application and no paperwork required. These terms apply to every wholesale order placed through celadonbeauty.com. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to them.
Celadon is a trade name of Dermatological Beauty LLC. Wholesale orders are intended for resale or professional use.
2. Pricing
Wholesale prices are shown in US dollars and are final at checkout. Every price already includes import duties, so there are no customs charges added later. Shipping to your US or Canadian address is free on wholesale orders of $150 or more; orders below $150 pay a flat $39.90 shipping fee.
- Minimum order and case pack: every product is sold by the case. The case size, the case price and the price per unit are shown on the wholesale price list and on each product page.
- Duties and shipping: import duties and handling are included in the price. Shipping is free on wholesale orders of $150 or more; below $150 a flat $39.90 shipping fee is added at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
- Price changes: prices may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Tax-exempt purchases
If you buy for resale, you can buy without sales tax. Email a valid resale or exemption certificate (your state's form, or the Multistate Tax Commission Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate) to hello@celadonbeauty.com, together with the email address you use at checkout. After we verify it, your customer account is marked tax-exempt and sales tax is removed when you sign in at checkout. The exemption applies to orders placed after approval. You are responsible for using it only for qualifying purchases and for telling us if your certificate expires or is revoked.
3. Orders, payment and cancellation
You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it; after 6 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Payment: full payment is taken at checkout by card or another payment method offered on the site.
- Order confirmation: you receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. The 6-hour window starts at the time shown on that confirmation.
- How to cancel: email hello@celadonbeauty.com with your order number within the 6-hour window. We refund cancelled orders in full to the original payment method.
- Unavailable items: if an item cannot be supplied after you order, we notify you and refund that item in full. The rest of your order ships as normal.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are delivered within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). The 5 days start once the 6-hour cancellation window has closed.
- Where we ship: addresses in the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, Celadon pays Canadian import duties and GST/HST, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. More for Canadian buyers.
- Tracking: we email a tracking number when your order ships.
- Delays: carrier or customs delays outside our control can occasionally extend delivery. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
- Address errors: please check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
5. Returns, damaged or incorrect items
All wholesale sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
- Report within 48 hours: email hello@celadonbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
- Our remedy: once we confirm the issue, we replace the item or refund it in full, at our choice. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
- Missing items: report any missing item within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Authenticity, product information and other terms
Every product is 100% authentic and bought only from authorized distributors in South Korea.
- Product information: we describe products as accurately as we can, but manufacturers may update formulas or packaging without notice. The label on the product is the final reference for ingredients and directions.
- Resale: you are responsible for how you market and resell the products, including any claims you make about them.
- Liability: to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Changes to these terms: we may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
