Korean skincare wholesale: common questions
Can I buy Korean skincare wholesale without a business account?
Yes. There is no application or login, and no resale certificate is required. Wholesale prices are public on this page, and you check out like any online order.
What is the minimum order?
One case of any product. Case sizes are set by the Korean distributor and range from 10 to 600 units; the case size, price per unit and price per case are shown next to each product.
How much is shipping, and are import duties included?
Import duties are always included in the price. Shipping to any US or Canadian address is free on wholesale orders of $150 or more; orders below $150 pay a flat $39.90. There are no customs charges added later; for Canadian orders we also pay Canadian import duties and GST/HST. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Can I buy tax-exempt with a resale certificate?
Yes. Email your resale certificate (your state's form or the MTC Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate) to hello@celadonbeauty.com with the email address you use at checkout. Once we verify it, your account is marked tax-exempt and sales tax is removed when you sign in at checkout. See the wholesale terms.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5 business days after the 6-hour cancellation window closes, and you get a tracking number by email.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. Every product is bought from authorized distributors in South Korea, and each order comes with a US invoice from Dermatological Beauty LLC. How we source our products.
Can I resell these products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or my own store?
Yes, wholesale orders are meant for resale and professional use. Each marketplace has its own brand and category approval rules, so check those before you list a product.
Can I cancel or return a wholesale order?
You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering. After that, sales are final, except for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items reported within 48 hours of delivery. See the wholesale terms.
